Pick up the items yourself or arrange to have them delivered (for an additional fee) and enjoy the rentals for 3 days.

Can I rent individual items from a celebration set?

Celebration sets are pre-made and come as is. All items come as a set and cannot be rented individually.

Do you help set up?

All celebration sets will have instructions for set up. We do not assist with set up or installation.

How far in advance do I have to make a reservation?

All sets have a minimum of 2 week turnaround time and are subject to availability. Rush orders are possible, if the items are available, and will incur an additional fee.

What are your fulfillment methods?

We offer self pick up/self drop off or delivery options for the DFW area. Delivery services will incur an additional fee.

How do I package the items for return?

Clients are responsible to read through our packing and handling instructions after your order is confirmed.

Should I clean the items after my event?

Aside from wiping down items that came in contact with food with a paper towel, leave the cleaning to us! We are taking extreme measures to ensure the cleanliness of these items as soon as they are returned to us.

What should I do if something is damaged?

Accidents happen! Please contact us right away. We will assess the damage and come to a resolution upon review.
